天官赐福吴锦溪有人称他白龙使（白龙王的恩师）
吴锦溪仙出生于泰国巴吞武里府，泰国华裔。师父祖籍潮州，因此信徒多为泰国的华人。师父在泰国也以看风水、解降改运、替人算命问事等闻名。同时师父也是近代泰国闻名白衣阿赞，白龙王师父的师父。第一代的“白龙王使者”即为，吴锦溪仙。
师父最厉害法门即是“天官赐福”法门，而这面牌就是以此法门所加持，其背面就是天官赐福法门的符文。在泰国有许多华人家里或者商店门口都贴有师父天官赐福法门所加持的符布。而这个法门，最主要就是帮助人们提升运势，并且有避险挡灾、招财、赐福的效果。对于开运、改运非常有帮助。
Mr. Ngoh Kim Gui who was commonly know as Ah Pek Rong Si in the Chinese community in Thailand was born in China and moved to Thailand at the age of 10 with his family. Since young, Ah Pek was diligent and keen in learning the mystic arts of Chinese Fengshui, Fortune Reading and related.
Being in the construction industry, Ah Pek like to repair Chinese & Thai Temples and was highly respected. He also started a rice mill company, so that he could help the poor with free rice grains. Slowly, people start to know of Ah Pek and were impressed by his kindness and generosity. Sometimes, people asked for his help in health and bussiness, Ah Pek helped them without much complaints and these people experienced great changes to their life.
In Yaowarat (Chinatown), his famous Pha Yant "Fa Pra Tharn Phorn" can be seen hanging in all the chinese businesses's shop. One of the big and famous company, CP (Charoen Pokphand Group) founder ever asked for Ah Pek's dividnation and since then the company transformed into the biggest in Thailand. Beisdes the famous pha yant, there are also lockets and riens of Ah Pek being sought after. It is believed by hanging the phayant at home, it will bring good luck and great health to the believer and the family.
Although being Chinese, Ah Pek is also highly revered by the Thais. Ah Pek passed away at age 86 year old in BE 2526.
